South East Building Company was established in 1984 by directors Trevor Miles and Graham Yates. From this two man work force, the company has since been built up to its current status, employing 11 full time personnel, together with 5 regular sub contractors.

The company is based in a purpose built industrial unit, containing an office block, joinery workshop, storage area and two yards.

Over the years the company has been involved in substantial housing developments in Thanet and Dover; converted a Large oast house into offices and carried out work to a number of historical listed buildings, including churches. South East Building have also converted a number of celler’s and loft spaces into living areas.

South East Building works closely with and carries out work for Local Authorities, reputable Architects and Structural Engineers.
